Hosting your own private Bead Bar event is easy! Gather 8 or more friends, set a date and time and we'll take care of the rest!

A minimum of 8 guests is required for private events and we can accommodate up to 20 guests. (the main table can accommodate 10 guests and 2 additional tables can accommodate up to 10 more guests. Total capacity 20 guests,)

We recommend booking your event at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure we can properly accommodate you and your guests for the best experience

Events are booked in 1.5 hour increments (have a specific time request that is not listed? Please email thebeadbar@bohindi.com)
- A nonrefundable $50 deposit is required to secure the space
- Guests may pay individually the day of the event. Unless other arrangements have been made by the host
- Food and drinks welcome! *Table and table cloth provided

What will we experience?
You and your guests will be led step by step in creating your very own intention bracelet choosing from our beautiful collection of authentic, energy infused gemstone beads, each with their own meaning. Once your bracelet is complete you will be invited to sample our hand-blended essential oils to be used with your Bohindi Beads for an elevated sensory experience.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Most all of our pieces are handmade to order in small batches in our studio located in Upper Arlington, OH. Our current turnaround time is 3-5 business days for production plus shipping time. We will certainly try our very best to ship ASAP.

We ship all items out standard shipping via USPS first class mail. Shipping can be upgraded to USPS priority or USPS express at an additional cost at checkout. Tracking numbers are provided for both shipping methods.
