RESTRING MY MALA
We are sorry to hear that your Mala broke! We know it had a special place in your heart and this is disappointing. Often times when a Mala breaks, it signifies that its purpose and intention has been fulfilled in our lives. It symbolizes the end of a chapter and a start of a new one! However, we are happy to restring your Mala and allow you to release your intention at your own time, too. And we promise to restring it mindfully and full of love.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Most all of our pieces are handmade to order in small batches in our studio located in Upper Arlington, OH. Our current turnaround time is 3-5 business days for production plus shipping time. We will certainly try our very best to ship ASAP.

We ship all items out standard shipping via USPS first class mail. Shipping can be upgraded to USPS priority or USPS express at an additional cost at checkout. Tracking numbers are provided for both shipping methods.

USPS Express Mail 1-2 business days (overnight)
