Regular meditation can reduce stress, help us to rebalance our emotions, boost creativity, improve our memory and help to reduce aches and pains. simply apply 3-4 drops to palm of hand and rub together gently. Cup hands around nose and mouth and take 5-6 deep breaths and repeat the affirmation 5 times.

Most all of our pieces are handmade to order in small batches in our studio located in Upper Arlington, OH. Our current turnaround time is 3-5 business days for production plus shipping time. We will certainly try our very best to ship ASAP.

We ship all items out standard shipping via USPS first class mail. Shipping can be upgraded to USPS priority or USPS express at an additional cost at checkout. Tracking numbers are provided for both shipping methods.
